Information You Submit
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
If you email us or send a contact message, we keep the details needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement compels disclosure.
Automatic Technical Data

- Pages viewed and time spent on them.
- The referring page, when supplied.
- Date and time information.
Cookies help measure site use and may support site features. You can block cookies in your browser, though some functions may then work differently.
How Information Is Used
Collected information supports the operation of the site. Uses may include:
- Keeping pages available and responsive.

Outside Websites and Advertising
Links may lead to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office, its booking feed, Arkansas courts and corrections resources, federal locators, or private search services. Once you leave this site, the destination’s privacy policy controls. Arkansas public bodies may also disclose records under the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act; those government practices are separate from ours.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and tailor ads. We do not control that outside tracking.
Parties Receiving Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be handled by:
- Search partners processing a submitted query.
- Analytics vendors measuring site activity.
- Advertising networks delivering ads.
- Law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.
Security Practices
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed secure, so we cannot promise that a breach will never occur.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Contact Us page to request deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and our ability to verify the request, you may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing. Send a request through Contact Us. Arkansas Code § 4-88-101 et seq., the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, may provide additional consumer protections depending on the circumstances.
Changes to This Notice
We may revise this privacy notice as the site or governing rules change. An updated version takes effect when posted here with its new effective date.
